I have always loved sports since I was young, waking up early and going to play soccer with my childhood friends. Not only did i play soccer, I was also part of Temba tennis club. Ultimately, in 2011 I started cycling and running. Initially, it was just something fun to do with family, to keep fit. But as time went on, I started to realize the importance of keeping fit. I started doing marathons because I had fluctuating weight, and I was not eating healthy or maintaining healthy lifestyle. I was not consistent with the fitness lifestyle and this propelled me to really commit to my journey to being healthy. It is not easy, don’t be fooled. This site is for everyone because, being fit is a long process which requires resilience and commitment. So join me on this journey!!!
